THE BENEFITS OF FEEDING AN A-ONE PIGLET DIET It is a well known fact that the ability to digest certain nutrients is determined by the enzyme activity in the gut. Unsuitable raw materials will cause diarohoea and sometimes gut damage. In order to ensure fast unchecked growth, the composition of the Flat Deck range of piglet feeds has been tuned to the piglet's ability to digest different nutrients at each stage of life. Each product is made to a strict fixed formula to guarantee consistent quality and growth, is tested on commercial farms across a wide range of breeds, environments and production systems.

PRE-STARTER Piggy Creep Meal A very palatable feed for use as a creep feed in the farrowing house. Also feed as gruel or top-dressing at weaning to encourage feed intake. Super Starter Meal An exceptionally milky diet meal form, designed to increase feed intake in the very small or under nourished piglet. Ideal for mixing with water for gruel feeding. Special Flat Deck The original early weaned piglet starter diet. Available in meal or pellet form, this specialist diet will support pigs weaned as low as 3-31/2kg liveweight. Milki-Start High in milk proteins this diet is suitable for feeding in the farrowing house or post-weaning as a starter for all pigs.

1ST STAGE STARTER Flat Deck XL The diet for exceptional performance Flat Deck XL will give high growth and low F.C.R in conditions where environment and health are not limiting factors. Flat Deck 1 The original 1st stage starter diet designed for pigs weaned at 21-28 days weighing approximately 6kg. Flat Deck 750 This high specification diet is formulated to meet the requirements of pigs weaned at 28-30 days weighing 7-71/2 kg. Flat Deck 150 A versatile product for use as a single stage diet from 7kg liveweight or as an economical intermediate diet as part of the A-One feeding programme.

2ND STAGE STARTER Flat Deck 2 The original 2nd stage starter diet for fast economical growth from 9kg. Flat Deck 2 is the ideal diet to follow Flat Deck 1. The same sweetners and flavours are used to ensure trouble free changeover and maximum growth. Flat Deck 250 A new generation 2nd stage starter diet for fast, economical growth from 10kg liveweight. Flat Deck 2000 An alternative 2nd stage diet which will grow pigs quickly and efficiently from 11kg liveweight. As with Flat Deck 2 this product is designed to minimise stress at changeover.
